**Chief of Party, Dominican Republic Anticorruption Activity** City/Country Location Details **Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic** Employment Status Job Type **Project** **Chief of Party, Dominican Republic Anticorruption Activity** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief of Party (COP) to lead an upcoming USAID-funded Anticorruption Project in the Dominican Republic. The COP will provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and technical oversight to ensure successful project implementation and compliance with USAID regulations. **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Provide strategic leadership and vision to the project, ensuring alignment with USAID objectives and local priorities. + Oversee project planning, implementation, and reporting, ensuring activities meet or exceed targets and deliverables. + Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, civil society organizations, private sector partners, and donors. + Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team to ensure high performance and professional growth. + Ensure compliance with USAID policies, procedures, and regulations. + Monitor project finances and budgeting to achieve cost-effectiveness and efficiency. + Represent the project in high-level forums, meetings, and events. + Lead the development of project work plans, performance management plans, and technical reports. **Minimum Required Qualifications:** + Master’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Law, International Development, or a related field. + At least 10 years of progressive experience managing international development projects, including at least five years as COP or equivalent on USAID-funded projects of similar size and scope. + Proven expertise in anticorruption, governance, or institutional strengthening. + Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (fluency required). + Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with government, civil society, and the private sector.
