Robust Intelligence customers include the world’s largest banking and financial institutions, HR and payroll services, FinTech and financial software, technology and consumer electronics, insurance, consulting, travel, data centers and cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity as well as government agencies. Your Impact The Chief of Staff will be working hand in hand Cisco’s Vice President of Engineering, AI within the Security Business Group (SBG) to help shape, guide and implement Cisco’s AI strategy by aligning and driving key priorities. Responsibilities include: * Be a "Right hand" to the VP of Engineering, AI * Assist in the formulation and execution of the monthly, quarterly, annual plans and long-range strategy * Manage engineering hiring/retention, fiscal planning/management via collaborations with recruiting, HR and finance teams * Work closely with other Chiefs of Staff in SBG to unblock key execution obstacles and ensure business priorities is being communicated, adopted, and implemented * Lead and deliverer special projects This is a hybrid role and requires candidates to be based in the San Francisco Bay area and be in office 3 days per week.
