Chief of Staff, Robust Intelligence

The team has deep expertise in AI and security and is an active contributor to groundbreaking research. About Robust Intelligence Robust Intelligence pioneered the category of AI Security and created the first platform for securing AI applications from supply chain, model vulnerabilities, and real time attacks. Robust Intelligence customers include the world’s largest banking and financial institutions, HR and payroll services, FinTech and financial software, technology and consumer electronics, insurance, consulting, travel, data centers and cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity as well as government agencies. Your Impact The Chief of Staff will be working hand in hand Cisco’s Vice President of Engineering, AI within the Security Business Group (SBG) to help shape, guide and implement Cisco’s AI strategy by aligning and driving key priorities. Responsibilities include: * Be a "Right hand" to the VP of Engineering, AI * Assist in the formulation and execution of the monthly, quarterly, annual plans and long-range strategy * Manage engineering hiring/retention, fiscal planning/management via collaborations with recruiting, HR and finance teams * Work closely with other Chiefs of Staff in SBG to unblock key execution obstacles and ensure business priorities is being communicated, adopted, and implemented * Lead and deliverer special projects This is a hybrid role and requires candidates to be based in the San Francisco Bay area and be in office 3 days per week. Minimum Qualifications: * BS/BA degree * 12+ years of experience in business, operations, or related field to include strategic planning and execution, budget/headcount planning, measuring results and/or governance Preferred Qualifications (Provide up to five (5) bullet points: these can include soft skills) * MBA/advanced degree * Strong grasp of corporate, strategy, planning and decision-making processes * Demonstrated abilityto build relationships at all levels within an organization, including C-suite/ VP/Director level * Strong organizational, project management skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal * Ability to build high trust relationships with the leadership and work collaboratively with diverse teams #WeAreCisco  #WeAreCisco where every individual brings their unique skills and perspectives together to pursue our purpose of powering an inclusive future for all.    Our passion is connection—we celebrate our employees’ diverse set of backgrounds and focus on unlocking potential.
