About the Role:

This is a key leadership role within the organization, one that will interact with all functions along with investors, partners, and (when relevant) potential customers. The right candidate will bring a top tier mix of strategic thinking, problem solving, and communication skills, along with strong results-orientation (getting things done). Further, this person will serve as a close confidant and thought partner of the CEO, playing a highly active role in the future direction of the business.

What You'll Do: Partner directly with the CEO to help refine their goals and vision into a go-forward strategy for KeepTruckin, helping crystallize for the broader team the ‘path ahead’ Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO and leaders across the company; providing a keen problem solver mindset to help address challenges in the business Identify, prioritize, and solve the most critical business challenges that come up within the organization, stepping in to lead such projects and drive to rapid and meaningful results Wear multiple hats, managing a variety of projects and tasks at any given time, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks Steward the growth momentum, develop market intelligence, assess market opportunities, and develop new and unique strategies for KeepTruckin to win Demonstrate a structured and analytical approach to core challenges Interface with leaders across the business and beyond, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders What We're Looking For: 8+ years of management consulting, Chief of Staff, project management or consulting experience  Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus Expert project management and organizational skills Strong analytical rigor with quantitative capabilities Effortless storytelling, communication, and synthesis abilities Ability to forge strong relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization Willingness to speak up and share opinions Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and adapts easily to change
