As Chief of Staff, you will serve as a key partner to the CEO and the executive team, ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives, optimizing organizational effectiveness, and driving cross-functional collaboration. You will act as a strategic advisor, project manager, and problem solver while fostering a high-performance culture. Responsibilities Partner with the CEO to prioritize and execute on strategic goals. Serve as a liaison between the executive team and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Oversee and manage key projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and desired outcomes. Analyze organizational performance metrics and recommend improvements. Prepare materials for executive meetings, board presentations, and external communications. Anticipate challenges and proactively address issues before they escalate. Act as a sounding board and provide counsel to the CEO on key decisions. Drive company-wide initiatives to promote culture, innovation, and operational excellence. Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Assistant for at least minimum of 3 years, preferably within the biotech or startup industries. 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or executive support roles Experience working directly with C-suite executives. Client-facing experience and familiarity with East Coast hours, including flexibility for early mornings or late evenings as needed. Preferably with experience in the BPO sector as part of leadership/management. Proficiency in tools like Outlook, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms, plus experience in scheduling for multiple executives. Familiarity with document execution or legal document processes as a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a high degree of situational awareness. Proficiency in using project management tools like ClickUp or similar software is preferred. Ability to manage complex schedules and travel arrangements. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Adaptability and a start-up mentality to thrive in a fast-moving environment. Experience handling expense reports and financial processes.
