This is a critical, and influential role that facilitates a wide range of initiatives ranging from tactical program management to leading and delivering large cross-functional initiatives. **What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):** + Lead special projects for areas the CEO personally oversees. + Serve as a swiss army knife for solving any problem. + Prep the CEO for all key engagements and decisions, and when needed act as his stand-in. + Proactively resolve problems, and deal with issues before they get to CEO. + Develop compelling content and narratives for the CEO for internal and external consumption (company presentations, investors presentations, external interviews and appearances, key meetings etc.). + Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership, elevating insights and analysis on company operations, key management decisions and other areas. **What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):** + BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience + 4+ years of experience in management consulting and/or in a business operations, strategy or product role at a high growth technology company + Strong analytical, and problem solving and interpersonal skills + Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) + Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment + Demonstrated interest in crypto and a passion for advancing our mission **Nice to haves:** + Entrepreneurial experience or at an earlier stage high growth technology company. + Product management experience.
