Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time Chief Operating Officer, Sportservice to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for leading a diverse national portfolio of over 40 premier sports venues through a team of five Vice Presidents of Operations. PayMinimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $219,300 - $301,500 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. More about youBachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field; MBA preferred Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in large-scale hospitality operations, ideally within sports, entertainment, or premium services Demonstrated success in leading multi-unit operations with full P&L accountability and deep understanding of premium food and beverage operations and trends Proven track record of driving innovation, leading engagement efforts, and implementing change across large teams and complex organizations Demonstrated expertise in leveraging business intelligence, data analytics, and AI tools to guide decisions and improve performance Strong experience in labor and payroll management across large-scale, multi-site operations
