Act as ‘chief of staff’ for OILT (One India Lead Team) by overseeing lead team meetings/off-sites, site visits, critical activities, and processes, ensuring follow-up on actions - which includes consolidation of all activities for Lilly sites across IndiaAct as ‘chief of staff’ for Lilly commercial site by overseeing lead team meetings/off-sites, site visits, critical activities, and processes, ensuring follow-up on actionsSteward governance of India to ensure compliance, agility and execution to drive the most important workMonitor the progress on milestones and take action to escalate/remove barriers.Drive connectivity between sites in India to ensure alignment on strategic objectivesProactively assess strategic and capability gaps / opportunities across India and partner with OILT members to drive improvementEnsure thorough and meaningful measurement and analytics on key questions to help drive our business and better serve our customersCoordinate with India functions to ensure key organizational policies/processes are followedIn partnership with finance and brand teams, oversee the annual strategic planning and business plan processesAlign and represent cross Business Unit efforts and Corporate/Global initiatives – act as single point of contact across enterpriseLead and coordinate efforts to deliver a robust internal operational scorecard (quarterly scorecard) across all functions and geographies within IBUPartner with GM and LT members to ensure alignment of business prioritiesLead and manage special projects

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, with 5+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree.Demonstrated experience in converting strategies into actionable steps, building governance systems that ensure execution with excellence.Experience working effectively in a highly changing and dynamic environment, demonstrating ability to learn and adjust quickly, and bring others along when designing or implementing new ideas.Experience in defining and executing continuous improvement and/or automation programs to drive improved business outcomes.Business Knowledge – includes value added perspective, financial awareness and cost control, industry knowledge, strategic focus, diverse business experience.Communicate (written and orally) in a highly effective way with Senior Leaders – focusing on content, outcomes and value relevant to business leaders.
