MIRO Analytical AG is young company providing state-of-art laser-based gas analyzers for monitoring of greenhouse gases and air pollutants. Since October 2023 MIRO Analytical is part of Bruker Corporation and closely collaborating with Bruker Optics.

If you are - like us - passionate about mitigating climate change and fighting air-pollution, we are looking for you as a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to scale up our production processes and organization. You will take responsibility for our operations including supply-chain, manufacturing, service and quality control. You will be part of the management team and report directly to the CEO.

 

As of now we are looking for our office in Wallisellen in full-time for a Chief Operating Officer (m/f/d). 

Responsibilities Scaling up and optimizing our production of high precision gas analyzers including site relocation to drive company growth Responsibility for inventory, purchasing, supply chain, QA/QCHiring and leading a team of production engineers, technicians, and operatorsManaging the production and service team to ensure smooth day-to-day operationLeading the development and implementation of ISO certification processes (e.g., ISO 9001 for quality management). Qualifications Proven experience in a comparable role in a hardware producing start-up or scale-up companyExpert knowledge and hands-on experience in assembly and production of high-tech productsStrong leadership skills and the ability to effectively lead a teamFundamental understanding of laser-spectroscopy for gas analysisDegree in Science, Engineering or Operations Management (MSc / PhD)Ability to communicate comfortably and effectively in written and spoken English and German
