Provide direct patient care to inpatients and outpatients. Responsibility extends to maintenance of appropriate supplies, organizing and assigning therapists to daily duties, conducting of required billing audits, equipment maintenance/service and participation in JC self assessment. Works independently at remote facility in Western Sussex Community. Responsibilities Acts as resource person for daily operations within the department, section or unit. Very knowledgeable about the specific aspects/technical details of the job, and readily share knowledge with others. Supervises operational functions of the remote radiation therapy department related to simulation and treatments. Provides clinical leadership for staff in patient preparation and treatments in remote site. Trains new and current team members and students. Ensures that orientation and training checklists are completed. Qualifications Minimum five years in a related fieldable to communicate effectively, pleasantly, cooperatively, and discretely with patients, physicians, team members, and the general public.
