Responsibilities:
Risk Management Strategy
???Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework, policies, and procedures to effectively identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor risks across the organization
-Establish risk tolerance levels and ensure they are understood throughout the organization
???Conduct regular risk assessments and analyses to identify potential risks, vulnerabilities, and opportunities, as well as develop and maintain a risk register and report on risk status to the Senior Management Team and Board of Directors.
Compliance and Regulation
???Monitor regulatory developments and ensure the organization remains compliant with relevant laws and regulations. Liaise with external auditors and regulators in relation to risk management practices.

Risk Mitigation
???Develop strategies and action plans for risk mitigation and management, ensuring that risk controls are effectively implemented and monitored. Work collaboratively with other departments to integrate risk management principles into everyday operations
Reporting and Communication
-Provide regular reports to the CEO and Board of Directors on the risk landscape, risk management activities, and compliance status. Create and deliver presentations on risk management topics to Senior Management Team and other stakeholders.
Crisis Management
???Establish and maintain an effective crisis management framework and response plan. Lead the Bank???s response to risk-related crises, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Team Leadership
???Build and lead a high-performing risk management team, fostering a culture of risk awareness and responsibility throughout the organization. Provide training and support to Bank employees on risk management practices and tools.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
Prefer 10 years of risk management experience, within banking industry
Desirable: Master's or higher advanced degree in Business, Finance or Accounting, or CPA designation

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
10+ years

Qualifications:
-Bachelor???s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
-At least 10 years of management experience, within industry or banking industry, directly overseeing the work of others, with a minimum of five years in a senior management position
-Must have strong knowledge of financial institution balance sheet/liquidity risk and investments. Understanding of the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) to assess the impact on accounting processes and ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is necessary.
