As the pioneer and world leader of HVAC industry, the enterprise is dedicated to the design, manufacture, marketing and support of the world’s most efficient commercial refrigerant system components, including compressor, HEX, valves & line components and Controls.

 

The primary responsibility is to plan and develop an application architectural runway of different kinds of compressor technologies and components, through working with related PL’s  product team and close customer corporation and engagement. And supporting new OEM partner to implement system product portfolio development.

Job Responsibilities Driving HP and chiller Technology Solution and Product Development with Global Sector Coupling Team Supporting Business Development and Marketing Activities Supporting Business Activities and Pre-Sales for Specific Hotspots, Including Data Centers and Sector Coupling Facilitating Information Flow and Knowledge Exchange Among the Team Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workplace. Understand and comply with quality policies, procedures, and instructions to ensure product quality, customer satisfaction, business goal attainment, and environmental well-being. Perform other duties as assigned. Participate in national and international standards committees. Influence and improve national and international standards for HVAC and cooling systems. Background & Skills Master's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering, product development, and project management in the manufacturing industry. Proven experience in managing multiple projects with cross-functional teams. Strong knowledge of the HVAC industry, including technology, market, and customers. Good understanding of design, manufacturing, and quality processes. Excellent teamwork spirit and ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with all levels within the company and with customers. Proficiency in using CAD for mechanical engineering and detailed design review is preferred. Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow
