USA Job Function Description: Designs, plans, and governs strategic and cross-organizational optimization of the company's systems, processes, or components to deliver an architecture that supports the most efficient and secure IT environment meeting the company's business needs. Works with stakeholders to build a holistic view of the company's IT strategy, processes, information, and information technology assets. Ensures that the business and IT are in alignment by linking the business mission, strategy, and processes to IT strategy, and documents this using architectural models or views that show how the company's current and future IT needs will be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner.
Global Description: Ensure the use of global architectures and local architectures convergence and when applicable, definition of the global platform components architecture.
Global Job Accountabilities:
Ensure the efficiency of the IT architecture and achieve simplification. Ensure that every local IT or platform initiative has a solution architect appointed, responsible for designing and evolving its architecture until it goes into production. Manage the solution architects that support the architecture functions in any initiative and project. Implement a governance model that ensures that every IT initiative has a solution architecture, based on internal development and/or market product, and that it is aligned with the Group's strategy. Integration and convergence with business and Global Technology, Operations, Data & Cyber platform (including decommissioning of existing applications). Establishment and monitoring of the technical validations and risk assessments to be carried out when contracting T&O services, as well as in the design and development of any T&O project or solution. Participation in the entity’s plans definition (P-XX, BoW/systems plan, budget, etc.) by providing the requirements related to their function to keep the required quality, cost and security levels. Definition of the internal regulations within their scope at entity level, aligned with the internal Group regulation, and monitor its implementation in the responsible entity and in the entities within its perimeter. Definition and implementation of the function governance elements (meetings, KPIs, tools, etc.) that allow supervision in the responsible entity and in the entities within their perimeter. Reporting of required KPIs to the Group. Together with People & Culture function, identification and implementation of the corporate and local training, talent management and culture actions within its scope.Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
