Child and Family Therapist/Mental Health Therapist – Posting #27281

Hourly Rate: $28.68 - $35.35 (Based on licensure status and experience)

Position Summary:

Full-time Therapist/Child and Family Therapist position available for our Behavioral Health Department in White Center. This is a health clinic that includes medical, dental, and behavioral health. We are a growing team with wide-ranging experience, educational backgrounds, and degrees. We work closely with our medical providers to establish a whole “health home” for our clients. This makes for a rich clinical environment that is supportive and invigorating.

Qualifications and/or Experience: 

Licensed or Associate: LMHC LMFT LICSW LSWA.Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, or social work which includes coursework in psychological assessment.At a minimum should meet WAC requirements for the designation of Mental Health Professional, be licensed or have an associate therapist license.  Experience with mental health evaluation/assessment and experience with evidence-based models of treatment is a plus.Must be comfortable working with Electronic Health Records, Microsoft Office, and other software.20 Weekly Encounters is current productivity expectation - (Financial Incentives available after 20 encounters).
