Voluntary life and disability insurance Health savings account Industry-leading paid time off  Generous referral bonus program CDA Scholarship Career advancement opportunities Family feel environment As an Early Child Care Bus Driver, you will: Follow local and state guidelines for transportation safety  Complete daily, weekly, and monthly bus inspections and report maintenance concerts to leadership Follow the schedule assigned for pick-up and drop-off of elementary-aged children to local schools and during summer field trips Remain in compliance with Department of Motor Vehicle rules and regulations Support the center Director as needed in classrooms or with other delegated tasks Requirements: At least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required Must maintain a good DMV record and supply Director with a copy of DMV record annually Demonstrated experience working with children, child care, daycare, or preschool preferred Must read, follow, and enforce the Policy and Procedure Manual At least six months working in a licensed childcare facility Early childhood coursework, CDA or degree preferred Flexibility with hours and job responsibilities Join a team that takes pride in teamwork, giving back, and welcoming an inclusive environment.
