As an Instructional Coach, you will:
Ensure implementation of Bright Horizons philosophy and foundational beliefs in all educational practices including curriculum, inclusive and anti-bias education, and instructional practices.
Provide resources, support, guidance, performance coaching, modeling, training, observation, and feedback to teachers.
Use education quality tools to assess program and curriculum implementation, developing improvement plans when needed.
Requirements:Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field highly preferred; Associate degree required with educational plan to complete Bachelor’s degree
Department Of Early Education (MA) and Care Lead Teacher Qualified in Infant and Toddler
At least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality program required, experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred
At least three years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience required
