Child Care Center Lead Educator - Preschool

Offering competitive pay ranging from $25 to $30 per hour – based on education and experience.

As a Child Care Lead Educator, you will:

Be a classroom lead teacher and age group expert. Mentor a teaching team by providing support and feedback on weekly curriculum plans, child assessment and documentation, and classroom environments.

Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child’s day.

Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

Associate degree or higher in early childhood education or related field highly preferred; CDA required with educational plan to complete Associate or Bachelor’s degree

At least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality program required

Experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center preferred

MA DEEC Certification required

Compensation Range: $25 to $30 per hour
