Qualification: Minimum level 3 childcare qualification

Annual leave: 27.5 days pro rata plus 8 days bank holidays.

Hours: 37 hours per week on a rota basis working between the hours of 7.30am-6pm, 52 weeks per year (shift examples 7.30-3.30pm & 10-6pm on a rota basis)

We are seeking to recruit a highly committed, motivated and childcare officer to work in our busy and thriving Daycare unit with children aged 2-4 years old.

Early Years’ experience: We want you to share our passion for providing the very best Early Years provision by understanding how young children learn best. Experience of working in a nursery environment, working with children aged 2-4 years is necessary. Leadership experience: Experience in taking a leading role necessary as you will be part of the management team with key holder responsibilities, delegating and general running of the setting in the absence of the manager and deputy.

Our successful candidate will provide supervision, care and play based interaction and activities to our youngest pupils of the school in our Daycare unit. For individual post requirements please see job description and person specifications.
