Childcare Teacher | Mint Hill

The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking FT & PT Teachers for our NC 4-Star school at 5825 Phyliss Lane.

Pay rate of $17-$21 per hour

Pay rate is determined by relevant education and experience. Candidates with a high school diploma and limited experience will be paid at the lower end of the range. Candidates with EDU 119 to an associate’s degree in early childhood education or a related field may be paid mid-range. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field and applicable experience may be paid at the higher end of the range.

Teacher Responsibilities:

Implement our award-winning curriculum in a way that meets each child's unique learning style. Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Document and share with families the important milestones in a child’s day using our app. Welcome families and engage them in conversation about their child's education and development. Have fun and work as part of a supportive team!
