Fraser is looking for a Mental Health Practitioner (Float) to provide clinical services within our early childhood day treatment program across several locations in the Twin Cities. This will include planning and implementing appropriate day treatment services, under supervision.
Requirements:
Must qualify in one of the following: At least 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours in behavioral sciences or related fields and 2,000 clinical hours of experience providing services to individuals with disabilities 4,000 hours of experience in the delivery of services to individuals Master's or other graduate degree in behavioral sciences or related fields. Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record Experience with preschool-aged children with special needs highly preferred, not required Demonstrated respect for sensitivity to family and cultural differences Ability to accurately observe and document the behavior of children Effective communication in the English language Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with a focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness, and reflection.Location:
