Sense has an exciting opportunity for you to join as a Children & Young People Practitioner which is a 50/50 job share of an Early Intervention and Play Leader and Multi Sensory Impairment Practitioner at our Sense Centre in Barnet, London.

This is a 12 months fixed term (FTC) maternity cover from March 2025- February 2026, working 37.5 hours per week. As part of this role, you will have occasional local and national travel to meet the needs of the children, young people and families we support.

This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children with deafblindness and/or complex disabilities, focusing on communication, access to learning, interaction, social skills/opportunities, play and individual development. 

As an EIPL & MSI Practitioner, you will work alongside an Early Intervention and Play Leader and a MSI Teacher to deliver sessions based on the specific needs of children and families, working individually with families or in groups.

We’re looking for applicants who have:
