The Role As a Childcare Solicitor in this award winning team, you would: - Work alongside an expert childcare team looking after a wide range of clients who find themselves involved in all aspects of pre-proceedings work, care proceedings work and adoptions. - Contribute to the expansion and development of the Leicester office. - Attend relevant Court commitments in conjunction with the case load. - Have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other experienced childcare solicitors and support staff. About You To be successful in your application for this Childcare Solicitor vacancy, you will: - Be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of two years' PQE in Childcare law. - Have children panel accreditation. - Have an established case load. - Undertake your own advocacy. - A strong team player. - Have a good knowledge of Legal Aid Agency requirement and SRA regulatory requirements. - An appetite for business development.
