We are looking for a Chile & Peru Treasury and Credit Manager to join our team, focus on Treasury management, customer oriented and cash flow.
Based in Santiago – Chile, reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible to lead Chile and Peru, and will recommend, develop and implement finance projects and programs, aligning a strategic vision with LATAM's objectives, acting as a business partner in the Finance team.
You will be responsible for:
Monitor and analyze the company's cash flows, ensuring there is sufficient liquidity to meet financial obligations.Develop short- and long-term treasury projections to facilitate financial planning.Manage the company's investments based on liquidity and profitability objectives.Evaluate and manage the company's credit policy, including the analysis of customer solvency and the approval of credit limits.Establish and maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions to optimize banking services and financing conditions. 06. Identify financial risks and propose strategies to mitigate them, including the use of financial instruments.Direct and supervise the treasury and credit team, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and policies.Ensure that financial operations comply with legal regulations and accounting standards.Prepare financial reports related to treasury and credit for senior management and other stakeholders.Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve processes related to cash and credit management.Know the importance of the benefits and ensure compliance with the integrated management system, considering ISO 9001, 45001, 14001 and 50001 regulations.Who are we looking for?

Cash Flow Management, Financial Planning, Investment Management, Credit Control, Relationship with Institutions, Financial, Risk
Management, Team Supervision, Regulatory Compliance, Financial Reports, Process Optimization, Knowledge of regulatory requirements: ISO 45001, 9001, 14001 and 50001 applicable to your position and area.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 5 to 10 years of experience in related positions.
SPECIALIZATION: Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Finance.
