Group/Division Summary: AIG/CMDPosition Summary:This position is accountable for developing and implementing strategic area sales plans and forecasts to achieve business objectives for CMD instruments (IC, LC, LC-QQQ, GC, GC-QQQ, DFS, Orbitrap, AA, ICP, ICP-MS and Sample Prep) selling.
Key Responsibilities:Responsible for generating existing and/or new sales for assigned named accounts or assigned geographic, territory, scientific research markets or for identifying and recruiting strategic partners to embed and/or resell company CMD products.Promotes and sells products and/or solutions to current or new customers/partners and informs customers of new product introductions.Creates monitors and revises lead generation plans.Responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction.Maintains positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers. Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, organizationsSolves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexityProactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries; actively creates business opportunitiesDetermines and develops approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/ strategiesMinimum Requirements/Qualifications:Bachelors or master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Environmental Science or Food Science.Minimum 5 years solid industry experience which combining diversified experience includes but not limited to sales, channel management, etc. Familiar with Analysis market, key industry companies preferred.Can manage multi-projects efficiently; plan and perform work in accordance with client requirements and professional standards.Independent negotiate with channel partners, within given guidelines and objectivesSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.High level presentation skills, strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation and influencing skills
