China Additives BPF Analyst
Total Number of Openings 1 Prepares organizational and consolidated financial information and statements: budgets, forecasts, General & Administrative (G&A) and non-G&A expenses, consolidated balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Calculates the Corporation’s consolidated income tax book-expense. Supports medium sized clients/customers and makes significant contributions to more complex projects under periodic supervision. General knowledge of the work function and Chevron’s practices. Job Responsibilities: - Account Payable -- Receive payment documents from suppliers directly and review the integrity of the document -- Data entry all invoices/reimbursement into the system -- Ensures all invoices have the appropriate authorization -- Process payment and ensures all payments are appropriately scheduled -- Inter-company billing and payments -- Act as expenses reimbursement coordinator -- Liaise with bank on payments and banking matters (e.g. open & close bank) -- Application of corporate card for staff, and return fund to their card - Treasury support -- Management Banks including but not limit to JPM, BOC, ICBC, CMB, SCB etc. for China Oronite -- Update China Oronite management/business information in Banks - Others -- Be responsible for the administrative affairs of finance department and filing of financial documents (including financial vouchers, reconciliation, etc.) -- Assist in handling statutory audit, such as financial audit, tax audit and Foreign Currency audit annually -- Assist in handling company annual inspection and ad-hoc inquiries with all government authorities -- Assist in handling tax issue (pass the document/report, buy tax invoice etc.) -- Backup other function when needs -- Other routine functions and projects of finance as assigned by supervisor -- Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor **Job Requirements** + Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. + 3+ years of experience accounting and finance, with 1+in accounts payable. + Communication & Collaboration: Strong team player with good communication skills. + Proficient in using SAP and MS Office + Time Management: Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines + English can be work language Chevron participates in E-Verify in certain locations as required by law.
