Overview

We are currently seeking a China Business Banking Relationship Associate. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the team’s Executive and the China Business Banking team including business development and customer relation management support duties to which some are confidential and complex in nature. The individual should be exceedingly well organized, detail oriented, flexible, and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting the China Business Banking team.

Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the team’s Executive and China Business Banking team, including (not limited to) preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, domestic and international travel arrangements, etc.Coordinate internal and external meetings, inter-department communications, and other department functions.Support the team to onboard corporate and individual clients as well as provide ongoing customer service.Provide support and perform business development, event planning and execution.Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.Assist in managing projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required.Professional working proficiency in Mandarin and or Cantonese is a plus3+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism.Basic data understanding and analytical skills.High level of discretion and confidentiality.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Proficiency in Outlook, MS Office and social media (e.g. WeChat, WhatsApp etc.). Compensation The base pay range for this position is USD $25.00/Hr. - USD $30.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
