Responsible for EHS-related tasks, including assessing all company activities and managing risks according to relevant regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, the Osram Shanghai and Changsha factories.

1.As the primary contact for EHS risk management and emergency management in the company, responsible for organizing and coordinating all activities related to EHS risk and emergency management.

2.Responsible for identifying all applicable local legal regulations and Osram's EHS directives (related to EHS risk management and emergency management) and conducting regular compliance assessments.

3.Establish and continuously update the EHS management system, train relevant company personnel, track implementation, ensure execution and documentation, and collect and analyze data for effective monitoring of the process.

4.Responsible for managing, reviewing, and accepting EHS-related aspects in the company's plants, laboratories, facilities, and engineering construction processes (including supplier construction).

5.Liaise with relevant government departments, coordinate third-party inspections and audits organized by government departments, and organize actions based on related findings; responsible for the declaration, review, and supervision of environmental impact assessments, safety assessments, and occupational evaluations, as well as the application, approval, and management of EHS-related permits (routine operations (JSRA) and non-routine operations (DRA and work permits)).

6.In the procurement of chemicals, medical supplies, and other consumables for the plant, identify and manage risks in conjunction with regulations to ensure compliance and safe production.

7.Responsible for compliance management of factory waste (waste/ wastewater/ waste emissions). Organize the selection and management of suppliers for medical waste, hazardous waste, and general waste, and review the daily operations related to the three wastes.

8.Responsible for the management of EHS-related signage.

9.Develop, organize, and enhance the factory's fire management system, security management system, emergency response plans, fire drills, etc.

10.Participate in EHS incident investigations, conduct root cause analysis, and organize improvements.
