China Electronics Sourcing Specialist
The China Electronics Sourcing Specialist seeks the optimum of China Electronics sourcing by balancing between cost, quality, delivery, sourcing strategy/intelligence and risk analysis throughout product and design life cycle. The China Electronics Sourcing Specialist is considered the corporate expert for the assigned commodities and leads the development and implementation of the China category strategy in Collaboration with the Global Category Strategy leader to realize established goals and objectives on Tactical and Transactional Level. It is expected that the China Electronics Sourcing Specialist will have responsibility of managing RFQs, negotiating contracts, including terms and condition, and working in alignment with Global Category leader/Director based on China/Global Strategy, by collaboration with corporate Engineering, quality, Cross Business Unit and COEs leaders.
The objective of China Electronics Sourcing team is to build up a China category strategy based on global procurement and business strategy/ Objectives to support China business (C4C) and global business (C4G) from supply chain to increase our advantage and keep our competitiveness and be ahead of the competition to serve our customers.

General Responsibilities
• Leads the supply chain manager through maintaining proper inventory levels of materials used on a regular basis
• Responsible for the filling of purchase orders
• Reviews allpurchasing requisitions
• Leads in the development of creating an accurate and efficient monitoring system
• Responsible for entering data into databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date supplier and vendor information, to track purchases and the status of orders and deliveries, and to generate purchasing reports and statistics
• Leads research on potential suppliers and vendors; promotions, and other industry trends as a source of accurate and up-to-date information for purchasing activities

Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
