Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and experienced Field Application Engineer to join our team in Jinan, China. As a Field Application Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our customers, helping them integrate our products into their applications, and driving customer satisfaction.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, assisting with product integration, troubleshooting, and optimizationCollaborate with customers to understand their requirements and recommend appropriate solutionsConduct technical presentations and training sessions for customers and internal teamsAnalyze customer feedback and market trends to contribute to product development and improvement initiativesWork closely with sales teams to support customer engagements and drive business growthDevelop and maintain technical documentation, application notes, and best practices guidesStay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor productsTravel to customer sites within China as needed。QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field3-5 years of experience in field application engineering or a similar technical support roleStrong HDD related technical knowledge of engineering principles.Proficiency in relevant software and hardware tools used in the industryExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective communication skills, both written and verbalFluency in Mandarin Chinese and EnglishExperience working directly with customers in a technical support capacityKnowledge of the semiconductor industry and applicationsFamiliarity with the Chinese market and customer needsWillingness to travel within China as requiredRelevant industry certifications (preferred)Ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAdaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
