Basic Qualifications:

Security Savvy: Current DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph.Educational Excellence: Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or Associate's with 8+ years of relevant experience. Equivalent experience is also valued.Language Proficiency: Meet the Interagency Language Roundtable scale's language proficiency requirements within the past year.Master Translator: Translate materials with precise syntax and expression from Chinese-Mandarin to English.Research Whiz: Conduct comprehensive research and compile findings to support specific intelligence needs.Cultural Contextualization: Utilize your knowledge to provide cultural, social, and ethnic context in translations, including gisting or screening.Mentorship and Teamwork: Mentor junior team members and work cooperatively in a diverse team environment.Independence and Initiative: Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.Interpersonal Skills: Engage effortlessly with personnel from diverse cultures. Proficiency in MS Office applications is a must.
