Position Description:
We are looking for a CHINESE SPEAKING Cruise Director  to progress their career with a large European Cruise Line. 

To be considered for this role, you will require below requirments:

• Proven organizational and leadership skills
• Successful background as a presenter (on stage or other visual media)
• Working understanding of computer programs (Windows-based, Word,
Excel, and page design)
• Wide knowledge of indoor & outdoor sports and games as applied to
the Cruise Industry: (Bridge, Shuffleboard, Deck Tennis and other
tournament games)
• Ability to train and re-train subordinates in presentation
• Clear geographic knowledge of the Cruise Area operated by the ship
for which position applies
• Above average skills in tactful, diplomatic crisis and problem-handling
• Knowledge of similar competitive products in the Cruise industry
• High degree of oral and written communication
• Excellent ability in Public Address announcements and presentation
with authority, accuracy, clarity and charisma

Proven experience and expertise as Cruise Director or Assistant Cruise
Director for at least two years, with particular focus on showmanship with
appeal to an international audience
