Requirements High School diploma or equivalent preferredOne (1) year or more Experience related warehouse - high tech, familiarity with ESD and foreign object debris (FOD) requirement preferredManual dexterityVisual acuityCompetent handling of miniature and fragile parts with vacuum tools and tweezersAbility to:Handle and assemble miniature components using a microscopeProduce consistent quality of workmanship on repetitive manual and semi-automated processesClean Room related PPEAutomatic or semi-automatic equipment (intermediate level) preferredAutomatic testing equipment (intermediate level) preferredMicroscope (intermediate level) preferredPower tools (ESD Compliant) (intermediate level) preferredProcess equipment (ESD Compliant) (intermediate level) preferredSafety Sensitive PositionNon-Regulated Tech may operate fork-lift equipment or other warehouse machinery Responsibilities Perform complex, repetitive sequences of operations with dexterity, a high degree of concentration and skill for delicate componentsHandle microchips using fine hand assembly, the use of microscopes, specialized tools such as air pencils and adherence to cleanroom proceduresFollow written procedures, manuals, drawing and other verbal and written instructionsSome assembly to finalize product after determining performance criteria. Including labeling and serializingPack items for shipping and distributionPerform routine maintenance on test equipmentMay be required to work as a material handler in addition to working in the Clean Room environmentPerforms other duties as assigned
