CHIPS Grant Program Manager

Program Management: 

Perform as the primary contact for CHIPs program performance and reporting 

Develop corporate business strategies for optimized program usage  

Assist in developing systems, policies, and procedures for improving the efficiency and accuracy of the data collection used in state and federal filings  

Assist with governmental audits relative to CHIPs and other incentives 

Define and manage the reporting and auditing lifecycle within the CHIPs and other incentivization programs 

Supervise and ensure compliance to the terms and conditions of the grants 

Define and manage planning and tracking of resource use relative to CHIPs 

Resolve and track the performance metrics for the program and the associated projects 

Define, Implement, lead, and continuously improve applicable business processes 

Deploy and implement program management processes and with stakeholders to ensure efficiency and alignment 

Apply organizational change management principles to manage the people side of changes needed for program success 

Create and maintain all documentation for CHIPs program management and business processes 

Manage and implement Program Management Software Systems, as needed to effectively facilitate the CHIPS program requirements 

Maintain master data records for the CHIPs program 

Develop reports for users on incentive program data and status 

Publish and present regular updates to Micron Executives summarizing program performance 

Proactively identify potential risks and escalate to ensure timely resolution or mitigation 

 

Qualifications: 

Proven ability to develop and leverage a strong working relationship with stakeholders  

Proven ability to make sound, data-driven decisions  

Strong communication skills and possessing the ability to understand and communicate highly technical or complex information to a broad audience  

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail  

Passion and commitment to program excellence, coupled with a high level of integrity to do what is right  

Advanced PC skills including proficiency in the use of MS Office suite products 

Strong conflict management and negotiation skills  

Strong organizational and prioritization skills  

Strong data analysis, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills 

Ability to travel  

 

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 

Experience: 

Experience with facilitating government grants is preferred 

5+ years of semiconductor experience
