Internal Posting Dates: July 1, 2025-July 5, 2025 CHMC-Acute Surgical Unit- RN – Per Diem- Day Shift - 10 Hour Shifts – Requisition 8761 Per Diem Pay Range: $52.27-$58.43* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Surgery Unit (ASU) team. The RN in this role is responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to individuals undergoing outpatient surgical and procedural services. This includes pre-operative and post-operative care, patient education, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and timely treatment. Qualifications: Current New York State RN License. BLS Certification. Successful completion of ACLS and PALS within 90 days post start date. Successful completion of the Critical Care Course within 6 months of position start date. ASPAN Certification preferred. Three years of nursing experience preferred. Knowledge of anesthetic agents, techniques and patient responses to same. Strong patient teaching skills. Experience in operating room, pain management, and/or endoscopy procedures preferred. *The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants.
