**Job Title:** Business Development (Thailand Local Market)

**Responsibilities:**
1. Recruit sellers in Thailand and meet monthly seller development targets as set by the company.
2. Develop and execute a detailed seller development plan based on the company’s product category strategy.
3. Lead negotiations and contract signings with sellers, and manage all pre-boarding activities to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
4. Establish and nurture strong relationships with sellers, organize targeted recruitment events, and provide timely feedback on market trends and business insights.
5. Maintain effective communication and collaboration with sellers during the post-boarding phase.
6. Analyze recruitment data and generate comprehensive statistical reports and analyses.
7. Collaborate closely with the China team, ensuring smooth cross-cultural communication and teamwork.
