Job Description:

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain sales forecasting and reporting for various Chromebook Program categories, including sell-in and sell-out dataAnalyze performance data to identify key trends, potential opportunities, and areas for improvementAnalyze business issues and data challenges internal and external partners face within the retail environmentOffer training and support on data analysis tools and reporting processes to ensure optimal utilizationReview and edit user requirements, specifications, and business processes to recommend effective solutionsConduct monthly post-mortems on program and product promotions to identify areas for improvementProvide analysis and insights to inform the development of quarterly plans, strategic initiatives, and executive presentationsPartner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive dashboards that enhance visibility into crucial program metricsDevelop functional and system design specifications to guide development and testing effortsFormalize business cases, plan projects, and present recommendations to management for approvalRegularly communicate progress updates, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies to stakeholders and management

Performance Measures:

Achieve or exceed established sales targets and contribute to the program's revenue growthComplete assigned projects, change requests, and reports within designated deadlinesAdhere to project budgets and manage external service costs effectivelyDeliver and gain acceptance of requested functionalities within the program

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Economics, or a related field (preferred)Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and reportingStrong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skillsExperience with data querying, cleaning, and transformation techniquesAbility to interpret, visualize, and communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to diverse audiencesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong team player with the ability to adapt to a client-driven work environmentExperience with coding languages like SQL, Python, or R (a plus)Familiarity with statistical analysis platforms (a plus)Comfort presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership
