Description

This opportunity is with our Deployment Solutions Commercial Division, which partners with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that deliver. The selected professional will be an integral part of a nationwide sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. The selected professional will be an integral part of a nationwide sales team and will manage an assigned territory to support our client's ongoing coverage needs. You will:

 

Maximize new business opportunities with physicians and other health service providersPresent therapeutic products and creatively teach people about their usageEngage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the health provider and patientBuild trust and credibility and become a true collaborator in commercial success

 

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:

Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of the following equivalent experience:Professional sales experienceWork experience in the healthcare/scientific field (including pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices) that is not sales relatedProfessional marketing experience, orMilitary experienceFlexibility to work and temporarily live in various territories across the regionAbility to learn, comprehend and apply medical, scientific, and commercial information to drive increased product utilization among assigned customersStrong sales aptitude and selling related experience through education and/or work experienceExcellent track record of success: Documented accomplishments that illustrate initiative, creativity and a drive to get the job doneTravel % will vary based on candidate’s location within or near the territory and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts, unless otherwise specified

 

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $66,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
