As a Chubb Associate, you will be in a full-time position within a specific line of business, and you will experience:

Key responsibilities include: 

Support the business discipline in management of all vendor relationships  Own the development and execution of the category vendor management plan  Maintain an in-depth understanding of market and vendor capabilities to identify new opportunities including technology solutions that improve the discipline’s capabilities  Lead vendor sourcing and contracting initiatives for the business disciplines including competitive bidding, contract extensions / renewals, enhanced scope of service and vendor termination  Work with the business discipline to manage compliance with all Vendor Management Program requirements  Ensure appropriate vendor performance measures are in place and actively applied throughout the lifecycle of the vendor relationship  Partner with the business discipline to establish management reporting metrics and scorecards to track category performance and identify areas for improvement  Support identification, registration, prioritization and resolution of vendor risk and incident items

 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree required (multiple majors will be considered).  GPA of 3.0 or above required.  Preferred prior work experience, including but not limited to summer jobs, part-time roles, or internships.  Preferred leadership experience, including but not limited to work, involvement in community service, athletics, clubs, or other activities.
