Vice President, North America Marketing & Communications, Commercial Insurance & Risk Engineering
The Marketing Communications Professional Associate will sit within the North America Marketing Communications team and will serve in a generalist capacity, gaining hands-on experience in enterprise marketing and external communications. This colleague will assist the marketing officer specifically in efforts to support Chubb’s North America Commercial Insurance middle market business, as well as our Risk Engineering Service teams, inclusive of Chubb’s Risk Engineering Center.
Specific Responsibilities:
Use numerous marketing/communications tools (e.g., collateral, trade shows/events, e-marketing, advertising, internet, social media, etc.) to drive messaging under the direction of the Marketing Officer and in consultation with senior business leaders:
Write and edit materials including e-marketing copy, blogs, social media content, executive bios, etc. for use in various distribution channels. Support the development and production of marketing and event marketing materials, including product sheets, brochures, tradeshow and event materials, etc., in compliance with Chubb’s global brand standards. Provide oversight in the delivery of both external and internal communications through multiple channels (traditional and social media, website, digital/e-marketing, Chubb’s Intranet, etc.). Coordinate with the Marketing Officer and senior business leaders in the development and promotion of thought leadership assets for priority product lines. Assist in the production of presentations, videos, audio podcasts and other related interactive assets, ensuring assets are in compliance with Chubb’s global brand standards. This includes coordinating the development of visual content and scripts as well as assisting in pre- and post-production efforts.The successful candidate should exhibit:
