Responsible for smooth and prompt processing of all HNW submissions assessed by the New Business Department Checking of submitted documents to ensure completeness and accuracy   Review pending cases and serve as the first contact between sales platform and underwriters Responsible for communicating and explaining on underwriting requirements and decision to Partnership Distribution/Brokers Closely follow through pre-underwrite and pending cases for business partners Handle phone & written enquiry from business partners on new business and post sales services Liaise with Agency and Partnership operations, Underwriters, Cashiers, Life Operations in terms of underwriting and policy issuance matters  Responsible to verify the request against system  Ensure all cases have gone through compliance screening (if required) before issuance of policy Resolve system issues/exceptional handling and requests received from Distribution channels/IT/Product/Actuarial Assist in resolving policy contract issues on a timely basis To support in ensuring all Case Management related Standard Operating Procedures are up to date  Regularly review the process workflow and make recommendation to enhance the team efficiency and productivity Professional qualifications in life insurance such as FLMI and IIQE qualification (paper 1 & 3) is added advantage  Five or more years of experience in case management  Possess solid product knowledge (Universal Life, Whole of Life and ILAS)  Understanding the needs and risks of HWN client across Agency, Broker and HNW to strike the right balance mitigating risk  Understanding AML, KYC, CDD, EDD, Sanctions and all Risk activities   Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills with proven ability to navigate among Operations, Investment, Product, Policies and finding wealth structuring solution Proficient in MS Office suites like PowerPoint, Excel and Word Customer-focused mindset with exceptional service skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and exhibit a strong commitment to the job
