Collaborate with business users to prepare, analyse, and validate business requirements and translate to user stories Identify relevant systems and processes with defined requirements and assess impact to change Work closely with business users, developers, and vendors to ensure all functional specifications are aligned with business goals and schedules Work as a liaison among stakeholders including IT and other functional teams for implementation Proven track record in specifying user requirements and managing User Acceptance Testing Assist in managing updates in JIRA and Confluence Prepare management report and data analysis, and support any ad-hoc tasks With minimal 1 year of solid experience as a Business Analyst in life insurance companyProduct Development, Finance, or Operations project experience is requiredKnowledge of life insurance products and processesExperience in User Requirements, Test Plan & UAT etc. of Product related projectsProficiency with JIRA and Microsoft OfficeDetail-oriented and strong communication and presentation skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independently and proactively to deliver in accordance with timelineGood team player, passionate and willing to take challengesGood command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
