Chubb Life: Head of Agency Recruitment
Collaborate with APAC senior leadership team in formulating recruitment and retention strategies to achieve Chubb Life’s strategic ambitions in targeted markets Lead and design the scalable and sustainable quality agency model in markets to deliver the ambition of agency business growth in manpower and sales Lead and formulate key recruitment and retention initiatives according to market level strategies, set direction of how these initiatives translate into execution priorities and actions with key stakeholders, work with delivery team on prioritization, business case gating and the delivery to achieve agency manpower expansion growth  Act as APAC Center of Excellence to support markets in Agency Recruitment and Retention, covering uplift agency leaders’ recruitment capabilities and mindset, cultivate recruitment and promotion cultures, enhance recruitment selection and on-boarding experiences, improve pipeline management and design short term and long term incentives  Lead and design a regional recruitment selection and on-boarding standard to uplift the new recruits’ experiences, sales performance and retention Lead and design recruitment tools and digital support in markets to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the agency recruitment  Manage agency leader cohorts with appropriate development programs and incentives for manpower uplift and promotion among cohorts Build and manage a common agency recruitment dashboard across markets for manpower expansion tracking, perform analytics for Regional CAO’s review and develop prompt actions.  Possess sound knowledge of life insurance industry in terms of distribution strategies, agency award and recognitions, agency compensation as well as recruitment package to formulate opportunities for supporting company key performance indexesApply project management skills with multi-tasking competency, work closely with multiple stakeholders companywide Proactively address current and potential challenges, as well as opportunities, anticipate obstacles, develop contingency plans, make well-reasoned decisions and generate options to solve problemsStrong leadership, interpersonal and influencing skillsStrategic planning and proven execution in short and long-term plansDegree holder, preferably FLMI holderMinimum 10 years relevant experience in agency recruitment and developmentGood team player with creative mindset High degree of independence of decision making, development and project execution Strong business sense and willing to accept challengesGood command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese both in speaking and writing would be advantageous
