Chubb Life: Head of Agency Value Management and Strategic Planning
Support Regional CAO to formulate agency strategies by providing markets’ performance information and trend with insights Collaborate with function heads of Regional Agency to define key performance indicators for strategic initiatives tracking  Collaborate with function heads of Regional Agency and markets’ CAO to prepare 5-year plan, annual plan for Regional Agency Lead and drive subject matter experts including recruitment, training, business development with data analysis team in markets for input and suggestions to improve agency operation process Lead and drive the agency digital enablement & adoption together with the in-depth analysis of existing workflows, identifying areas needing improvement, and implementing changes in markets to achieve agency business growth in manpower and sales Act as APAC Center of Excellence to support markets in identifying & capitalizing business opportunities covering protection gap, different product lines and different channel capabilities to achieve agency distribution growth, productivity, and profitability objectives Build and manage a common agency dashboard across countries for performance tracking and perform analytics for Regional CAO’s review and develop prompt actions.  Design and manage agency scorecard to drive market agency KPIs                   Hands-on expertise in strategic planning, digital enablement and adoption, project management and analytical role involving multiple internal/ external stakeholders, and able to set and deliver short-term and long-term planning.Deal with complex and multi-dimensional issues, be dynamic and innovative in resolving problems including business and people issues through variety of approaches such as being direct, forceful, diplomatic, influential and/or collaborativeProactively address current and potential challenges, as well as opportunities, anticipate obstacles, develop contingency plans, make well-reasoned decisions and generate options to solve problemsApply technical knowledge and expert consulting skills on agency operation review to develop the robust digitally assisted agency platformApply project management skills with multi-tasking competency, work closely with multiple stakeholders companywideAbility to create and maintain good working relationship with all levels of staffStrong leadership, interpersonal and influencing skillsStrategic planning and proven execution in short and long-term plansBachelor’s degree minimum, relevant professional industry qualification preferred 10+ years job experience in life insurance in Asia markets, with at least 5 years focusing on agency management and with frontline sales experiences would be advantageousGood team player with creative mindset High degree of independence of decision making and project execution Strong business sense and willing to accept challengesGood command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese both in speaking and writing would be advantageous
