Chubb Life: Manager, Agency Training & Development

Responsibilities:

Develop long-term training plans and strategies, in collaboration with the Supervisor, within the scope of new and experienced agents. Identify the training needs of the agency and develop comprehensive training programs and roadmaps to enhance the professional knowledge and ethical selling skills of the agency force. Take ownership of training program / projects so as to ensure the quality of delivery & design and targeted result can be achieved Design and develop training materials and deliver effective training sessions to the targeted audience. Collaborate with agency to create training and development plans that equip the agency force with the necessary knowledge and skills for optimal performance. Work with the Supervisor to formulate the annual business plan and take responsibility for successful implementation. Coordinate with the internal team and external trainers to provide specialized training support and programs, uplifting our agency effectiveness. Manage the accreditation and arrangement of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses for agency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Prefer 5+ years’ experience in training and development, specifically within the insurance agency or financial services industry. Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies. Demonstrated expertise in course development, design, and evaluation, with a keen sense of effective training methodologies. Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. Proactive, initiative-driven, and willing to take calculated risks. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.  Fluency in Cantonese and English; and Mandarin is preferred.
