Chubb Life: Manager, Partner Distribution, Direct & Telemarketing
Accountable to the execution of partnership distribution Direct marketing & Telemarketing (DMTM) strategy and daily operation of DMTM distribution channels. Determine and execute the partnership distribution channel Direct marketing & Telemarketing (DMTM) strategy to achieve business target and growth in performance, efficiency and profitability.  Oversee and in-charge of the daily operation and continuous development of DMTM channels such as sales tracking and salesforce management, call centre operation and communications, salesforce recruitment, sales campaigns, system and workflow enhancement/ automation, reporting and data analytics etc. to ensure delivery of sales targets and service level of DMTM channel.  Work close with internal and external stakeholders to ensure DMTM channel requirements are properly communicated and deliver. Monitor the progress of deliverables to ensure timeline and quality delivery versus the relevant budget control. Explore and identify new market trends, technology, needs or industry insights to improve channel performance, customer journey and experience, and inspire product development. Support on ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned. Form 7 graduate or above. University graduate is preferable  5+ years of practical experience in Direct Marketing or Telemarketing management or operation with proven track record; Insurance DMTM experience is a plus but not must. Strong understanding in direct marketing, telemarketing and call centre operation; project management knowledge and experience is a plus. Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Strong business presentation skills: solid skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Proactive, data and result driven, attention to details and adaptive to fast-paced environment. Be responsible for daily operation of DMTM partnership distribution channels and acquisition. Able to work independently with minimal supervision from supervisor. Be the key person in supporting partnership sales distribution and acquisition among partnerships. Excellent presentation and communication skills to both internal and external parties and able to interact well with a diverse group of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
