Accountable to the execution of partnership digital distribution strategy and daily operation of digital distribution channels including online sales, funnel development, lead generation and cross-channel cross-sell and up-sell.
Determine and execute the partnership digital distribution strategy including online sales, e-commerce funnel development, digital lead generation and cross-channel cross-sell and up-sell, to achieve business target and growth in performance, efficiency and profitability.
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver omni-channel experience with both online, offline and cross-channels (e.g. telemarketing and branch direct sales) distribution; marketing communication and customer/ prospect engagement etc., to drive digital, telemarketing and face-to-face sales and leads.
In-charge of digital distribution initiatives such as e-commerce funnel development/ enhancement, sales campaigns, marketing communications, customer experience and engagement, data analytics, business reporting/ automation etc.
Define the core metrics and reporting to monitor the end-to-end performance and progress of deliverables to ensure timeline and quality delivery versus acquisition target and budget control and facilitate data-driven decision making.
Utilize analytical and implement necessary tracking to track and analyse the performance of digital marketing, contents, website and e-commerce funnels, to understand customer behaviour across the customer journey.
Support the design of digital customer journey to uplift the customer experience to facilitate digital sales, lead generation and cross-sell/ up-sell opportunities, via online and offline.
Explore and identify new technology, trends or needs from city to improve acquisition performance, customer journey and experience, and inspire product development.
Ensure partnership distribution channel requirements are properly communicated to internal departments and external partners and deliver.
Support on ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
Degree holder in Business, Marketing, IT or related disciplines.
5+ years of experience in digital acquisition, digital marketing, e-commerce, or digital project management with proven track record; Experience in insurance, e-commerce, Insurtech or fintech is a plus.
Ability to define customer segments and needs and translate them into integrated business plan and campaigns to fulfil business goals.
Hands-on experience in digital acquisition including but not limited to SEO/SEM, performance marketing, social media management, content marketing, email marketing, digital advertising, A/B testing and retargeting strategies.
Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
Solid skills in website analytical tools (e.g., GA).
Strong business presentation skills; solid skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Knowledge of IT development, project management and/ or UI design is an added advantage.
High-level of business acumen, outstanding analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, data and result driven, attention to details and adaptive to fast-paced environment.
Be responsible for daily operation of partnership distribution channels and acquisition.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision from supervisor.
Be the key person in formulating and implementing the digital acquisition strategies and tactics of both Digital & Offline Marketing with special focus on the partnership.
Excellent presentation and communication skills to both internal and external parties and able to interact well with a diverse group of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
