Chubb Life: Manager, Partnership Distribution, Direct Sales Channel Development
Accountable to the execution of partnership distribution strategy and daily operation of distribution channels including direct branch sales, telemarketing and digital. Execute the partnership distribution channel distribution strategy including direct branch sales, telemarketing & digital channels to achieve business target and growth in performance, efficiency and profitability.  Collaborate closely with Head of Direct Sales, Direct salesforce, internal and external stakeholders to deliver omni-channel experience with both online and offline with face-to-face selling, e.g., from lead generation, prospect engagement (e.g. warm call or interactive messaging), channel operation and system, sales incentive or customer campaigns etc.  Closely monitor the performance and assist Head of Direct Sales and/ or sales leader to development the salesforce in terms of both quantity and quality, including recruitment, training, coaching, motivation and best practice sharing to the salesforce to optimize their productivity to achieve their individual sales target and overall team target. Develop and execute proper sales and operation procedures in line with regulatory and compliance requirement to ensure the direct sales team complies with company and regulatory guideline on all sales process. Coordinate or provide daily distribution support function for channels such as campaign management, sales tools enhancement, communications, reports generation/ automation, licencing and training requests and materials etc.  Work close with internal and external stakeholders to ensure distribution channel requirements are properly communicated and deliver. Monitor the progress of deliverables to ensure timeline and quality delivery versus the relevant budget control. Explore and identify new market trends, technology, needs or industry insights to improve channel performance, customer journey and experience, and inspire product development. Support on ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned. Form 7 graduate or above. University graduate is preferable 5+ years of practical experience in distribution channel development or salesforce management with proven track record; Experience in agency, broker/ cooperate agent sales management or MCV business development is a definite plus.Professional qualification of IIQE (Paper 1 and 3; Paper 2 and 5 are preferable) Strong in motivating sales and team morale to achieve business goals.Extensive knowledge on insurance products and services Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.Strong business presentation skills: solid skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.Proactive, data and result driven, attention to details and adaptive to fast-paced environment. Be responsible for channel development of partnership distribution channels and acquisition with focus in Direct Sales channel. Able to work independently with minimal supervision from supervisorBe the key person in supporting partnership sales distribution and acquisition among partnerships.
