Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Storytelling: Develop innovative communication strategies that convey Chubb and Chubb Life’s financial strength in an engaging manner. Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics to shape messaging strategies based on consumer behavior and market trends. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment on messaging and objectives. Facilitate regular interdepartmental meetings to promote transparency and engagement. Media Engagement: Cultivate relationships with key media contacts to enhance brand presence and manage communications effectively. Crisis Management: Develop proactive communication plans to address potential challenges while maintaining brand integrity. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of communications professionals, fostering an environment of trust, creativity, and accountability. Open Communication Culture: Establish clear channels for feedback and dialogue within the team and across functions. Encourage active listening and constructive feedback to enhance collaboration. Performance Metrics: Set clear goals for communication initiatives, measuring success through defined KPIs. Analyze results to refine strategies and improve engagement. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s preferred.Exceptional storytelling abilities with a track record of developing impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences.Extensive experience in corporate communications or brand management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and consumer insights.A passion for innovation and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
