Lead the design and development of training materials, including content, visuals, and delivery methods that align with organizational goals and learning outcomes.
Facilitate and deliver engaging training sessions to various employee groups, ensuring knowledge transfer and participant engagement.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Work closely with subject matter experts, department heads, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and requirements, ensuring programs are relevant and targeted.
Implement updates and improvements to training materials and programs based on participant feedback, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
Manage training initiatives from planning through execution, including budgeting, resource allocation, reporting progress, and outcomes to senior management.
Contribute to project management efforts for training initiatives by helping to develop project plans, outlining tasks and timelines, and supporting the overall execution to ensure training delivery meets established goals.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Prefer 5+ years’ experience in training and development, specifically within the insurance agency or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies.
Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
Proactive, initiative-driven, and willing to take calculated risks.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Fluency in Cantonese and English; and Mandarin is preferred.
