Conduct outbound call for selling insurance products to our new partner Achieve KPIs including sales targets, no. of call made, talk time, attendance and so on according to the instructions from team lead Achieve the sales targets and meet service standard Assist in new application and follow up requirement Comply all internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements Provide feedback to manager with respect to the success of the Telesales campaign and ideas for enhancements Escalate difficult queries and non-routine case to team lead F.5 or above with 1 year working experience in Telesales in insurance product Familiarity with insurance products is advantageous IIQE I & III holder Excellent communication and telemarketing skills Self-motivated and hardworking Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales target Good command in both spoken and written English and Cantonese, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
