This role is responsible to address all components of compensation and agent incentives to drive sales, agent activity and recruits to further support agency achievement targets and cohort movement segments within expense allowable and tracking uplifts.

Develop and lead the review, completion and implementation agent compensation  Create, monitor, and review agency campaign and activity program and non-standard remuneration to ensure timely deployment Create, maintain, and review marketing budget Provide management with comprehensive compensation and agency campaign expenses reports regularly  Create, implement, and review all standard operating procedures Bachelor’s degree from any disciplineMinimum 5 years of experience with experience on Agency compensation and developing agent incentives specific in Insurance company.Having proficiency in these technical skills:Data AnalysisProject ManagementImprovement excellent
